For me, "Brit" is one of those. It is a light oriental, underlined with warm, sweet notes (vanilla, almond). It is intense, but gentle. I find for daywear that the Eau de Toilette is best - the scent lingers, but is never overpowering. There's nothing worse than having to work with someone wearing gaggingly strong scent! As someone who dislikes floral scents, this scent is for me. I absolutely adore the deep vanilla and spice accents. While it may be a bit intense for summer, it is perfect for fall and winter. The scent also wears well throughout the day. Unlike many other, perhaps less expensive perfumes, this scent will stay with you throughout the day. I love catching just a hint of the fragrance as I take off my coat or untie my scarf on chilly days. Buy it for yourself or as a gift, you will not be disappointed.
